Sophia Gatowski, PhD, Director

Dr. Sophia Gatowski is a social psychologist and co-founding Director of Systems Change Solutions, Inc., where she is actively engaged in a variety of research and evaluation projects as well as curricula design, needs assessments, and strategic planning. Prior to her role as Director of Systems Change Solutions, Dr. Gatowski worked for the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges where for over ten years she helped to facilitate court-agency-community collaboration and systems change efforts and conducted numerous program, practice, and policy evaluations for juvenile and family court systems. Dr. Gatowski is the author of scholarly and technical assistance articles focused on the interface between science and the law, judicial decision-making, evaluation research, court performance measurement, and organizational behavior and systems change facilitation and management. She has served as faculty at many national and international conferences and is currently Adjunct Faculty at the University of Nevada, where she teaches in the Interdisciplinary PhD Program in Social Psychology and the Master's and Doctoral Program in Judicial Studies.
